Personal data

When browsing the service, you may be asked to provide some personal data by filling out a form or in any other way. Data that we request in most cases includes the name and email address. Not specifying the required data will result in blocking the activity to which the data related.

All personal data is collected with due care. It is secured and used only for the purpose for which it was provided, namely for responding to submitted enquiries. Data is collected for the duration of performing such activities.

If a user grants a separate consent for receiving marketing content in the form of newsletters, their email address will be added to the newsletter database. Data in the form of an email address will be stored until newsletters are no longer mailed. The User may cancel the subscription at any time, which is unrelated to handling a submitted order, by clicking a link available in a newsletter.

Each natural person who provided data through has the right of accessing such data as well as to their modification, deletion, requesting the processing of data to be ceased at any time. Each person who provided their data has the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, namely to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Provision of personal data

The data operator will not provide personal data to a third country or an international organisation.

The collected personal data may be disclosed to institutions authorised under the law, which are entitled to receiving such data according to the applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
The collected personal data may be provided by the Data Operator in connection to executing activities for the purpose of which it was collected, to third parties being Processors of such personal data only if the Operator has concluded personal data provision contracts with such entities.

Each Processor has the right to process the provided personal data only on behalf of the Operator and for the purpose clearly indicated in the above-mentioned contracts. Personal data Processors include the following entities cooperating with the Operator: accounting offices, hosting companies, online payment operators, marketing companies and operators of other services required for executing tasks relating to providing responses to submitted enquiries and/or sending newsletters.

Public personal data

A username specified when posting comments for products is visible to anyone who visits and is not subject to personal data protection, hence we suggest you only enter your first name or nickname.

Handling cookie files

Cookies are small text files sent by the internet server and then stored on the user’s device. Information contained in cookies is encrypted and may be read only by the server that has generated them.

Why are cookies collected?

Cookies are used by us to create anonymous statistics that enable us to understand the method in which the user browses the service, and then to improve its structure. Aggregated data is not used for personal identification of a user.

Blocking cookie files
